First I cut out stars with my Silhouette. If you don't have a silhouette, you could easily find a template online to print out and trace, then cut with scissors. We ended up using 4 stars of each color.
Then we punched holes in 2 of the arms of the star. A mini hole punch would be perfect, but you could also use a large needle to poke a whole.
Then we used bakers twine to string the stars together.
Then we hung it on the mirror.
Simple. Easy. Cute. Fun. And perfect for the 4th of July.
