Super Moist Chocolate Cake Recipe

I promise you will love this recipe for Super Moist Chocolate Cake.  It’s easy to make, and it stays yummy for days!  I may never make a regular cake mix again!  The trick to this recipe is that it isn’t from a chocolate cake mix… it’s a yellow cake mix with chocolate added.  So simple, but so yummy.

Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

Here’s an easy dinner that your family will enjoy: Chicken and Broccoli Casserole.
Chicken and Broccoli Casserole
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup cooked broccoli
2 cups cooked and cubed chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 oz. Velveeta cheese
Cook chicken, rice, and broccoli.  Stir the cheese and the soup together in a large microwave safe bowl, and microwave in intervals until it is melted and smooth.  Stir in chicken, rice, and broccoli.  Microwave until hot.
Our mom always served this with muffins, so that’s how I do it too.  🙂
The amounts above are what I make for our small family, but it can easily be doubled to feed more people.
Enjoy!
