4th of July M&M Cake Mix Cookies

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1/2 cup oil (I use canola)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup M&M’s (red, white, and blue)*

Combine cake mix with oil and eggs.  Mix together.  Add m&m’s.  Drop balls of cookie dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet.  Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 9 minutes.

*To get just red, white, and blue m&m’s I went to my local party store.  They have an m&m dispenser sorted by color.  You can get just the right amount of m&m’s and get the colors you want too!

What a great way to enjoy an easy treat. I love that it easy enough I can hand it over to my niece and she can make them and I get to enjoy them. Pinned! Nichole @OrSoSheSays
