One of the best purchases we made when we were first married was a Bosch mixer.
It was expensive, but we have used it and used it and used it…
and I’m sure we’ll use it for many more years to come.
It is by far my favorite tool in my kitchen.
(Well worth the money!)
I hardly ever use a little hand mixer any more, because this just does it so much nicer, easier, and cleaner. This machine also kneads bread dough! It’s awesome!
If you are thinking about getting one – I’d recommend it.
And if you do buy one – be sure to buy the “cookie paddles”.
They are attachments just for mixing cookie dough and they work wonderfully!

Our Bosch is high on our list, but we just got a new blender that is to die for. It’s a Blendtec blender. We love it.
