2 tbsp sugar
¼ cup butter, melted
¼ tsp. ginger
¼ tsp. nutmeg
½ cup sugar
¼ gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
Remove ice cream from freezer. Let soften till ready to use.
Crush Graham Crackers. Combine with sugar and melted butter. Reserve ¼ cup crumbs for later. Press the rest into a 9×13 pan.
Stir together the Lemon filling, ginger, nutmeg, and sugar. Add ice cream and stir till smooth. Spread into pan.
Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Freeze till hard.
Remove from freezer about 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
